The Delights Of A Tuesday Morning Walk With Joni

Wall mural of birds in flight.

Each new morning takes on a flavor all its own. Thats how new mornings go around here. Part of it is the current mood I’m feeling. Part of it is the current mood Joni’s feeling.

I find it uncanny how our moods always seem to sync up. Especially when we discover a new view that excites both her eye, and mine.

These birds in flight did exactly that. Discovering a new wall mural is always a joy. Discovering one that is exquisitely rendered is double the joy. The detail here proves the artist’s heart was present in both her hand, and her vision.

Delight abounds when one is walking slow with an eye for small bits and pieces that are overlooked by most. These delicate loops and thorns only had to whisper to attract our attention.

Taking a few moments to frame and focus, showing them in their best light, was a gift for both them and us. We parted ways as new best buddies.
