First Morning Walk In The New ‘Hood

This is my first portrait, on this first morning walk, in my new Xochimilco neighborhood. I am seeing flora I’ve not encountered in Oaxaca Centro. My delight is surging, flowing, and just plain being, well . . . delighted!

I’m going to call this, the Succulent of Tongues. Reminding me of all the tongues I have experienced. Different sizes, different curves…
