Thanks for this, Adam. And congrats on the soon to be, closing on your house. Looking forward to writings from the road. A new chapter, my friend.

I did use an X-Pro1 for a short while back in '15. Liked the results, but did not bond with the user experience. It was my second digital camera, after some time with an early Rebel. I still had not made the transition from large format film.

I was also using Fuji lenses, a 23mm prime, and the standard, (at the time) short zoom. I really don't care for zoom lenses.

Before I bought the X-Pro2 on eBay I did a lot of research. The best site I found for all things Fuji is Jonasraskphotography.com. He is a physician in Europe, and also did a lot of work with Fuji in Japan. A gifted and interesting guy.

He also had reviewed many third party lenses, including the two TT Artisan lenses I now use.

Once I landed in Oaxaca and started to use the X-Pro2 and the TT lenses, everything clicked. I absolutely love this setup.

Well this has gotten longwinded, so will send this off. All the best to you as you move into your next chapter. I look forward to reading all about, my friend.
