Just when I think I have my practice and routine down, I wake to a new day and feel swept away. Changing weather can expand those feelings of uncertainty. Like the ground has been pulled from under my feet.

It is then I remember that each day is the opportunity to begin once again. Though I don't always want to, 'begin again'. I want to carry on, to move forward in my resolve.
