An interesting and valuable read here, Ace.

Over the many years behind, and in front of the camera, I have had a number of all three of these friends. All contributed to the photographer I am today.

The odd piece here is, I have none of these three types of friends in my life currently. Flying solo as it were, I miss all of them. Though I still hear their voices from times gone by. Those silent voices are sorely missed, and highly valued.
