I love B&W because I've been a photographer for nearly 50 years. I learned my craft in B&W. I photograph every day, and continue to edit much of my work in monochrome.

I also write here almost daily, the majority of my stories are about photography.

Interestingly, in Spanish it is 'Blanco Y Negro' Fotografica. The white comes first. The white is the light. And without the light, there would be no dark, or shadows. Makes more sense to me.
